Werkstudent Content Creator User Generated Content - 100 % remote (m/w/d)

We know how to get excited, recognize trends and create corresponding content? Prima! :) Because we are initially looking for students who will help us enrich our platform gutefrage(.)net with content for our new format Gruppen up to 100% remote and up to 20 weekly hours.

gutefrage(.)net is the largest question-and-answer platform in the German-speaking area. Since 2006, people have been able to ask questions on all topics, usually receiving an answer from other users within seconds. We stand for a personal and open exchange of opinions and themes among each other. And that's exactly what our daily 1.5 million users appreciate.

Aufgaben

What's to be done?

As Content Creator on gutefrage(.)net, you will be responsible for developing high-quality content for our new format Gruppen. Your content should excite our users and motivate them to create their own content.

To do this, you will take over the following tasks:

• Self-contained creation of text contents, images, and videos for our Contentformat Gruppen (and that without using AI tools)
• Interaction and reaction to user-generated content to increase their activity (commenting, answering, asking questions, ...)
• Development of community actions, which will encourage users to create their own contributions/content (e.g. photo challenges, series, theme week etc.)
• Monitoring of trends within the community and on other relevant platforms, as well as selecting target-group-oriented content contributions
• Collaboration with our Community Management Team to incorporate user feedback into our content strategy
• Safeguarding consistent tone and quality of your content
• Analysis of reach and engagement of your content and derivation of improvement measures
• Planning and implementation of small offline events in your surroundings (ideally, you live in or near a university/high school town :))
• Closely working with Marketing/Community Management on the conception and implementation of events

Qualifikation

We're looking for this from you:

You are a full-time student, would like to support us for at least 6 months, and have up to 20 hours per week available for us, where you can be online active at different times.

• You enjoy Content Creation - ideally, you already have some experience in this area.
• Creativity and taste for current topics and relevant trends
• Strong communication skills in writing and speaking (German at least B2/C1 level, as gutefrage(.)net is currently only available in German).
• Empathetic understanding of the needs and interests of a community
• Organizational talent and self-reliant work style to manage your area independently.

Benefits

What you can expect from us:

The position includes up to 20 hours per week, with billing at the end of the following month.

• Your workdays are flexible within the time frame between Monday and Friday. We will determine the exact working times in mutual agreement, which can look different every week.
• You will receive a hourly wage of 15 euros.
• The position is initially designed for a 6-month period.
