Werkstudent Content Creator / UGC Video (m/f/d)

We're building new digital products and testing them directly at market. For that, we're looking for you as our face outside. You'll be a fixed part of our Growth Team and produce the content that brings our ideas to life.

You get the best of two worlds: creative work like a creator and the security of a stable team. Instead of dealing with accounting and administration, you can focus on what you love: standing in front of the camera, performing, and inspiring. We provide the strategy and scripts – you bring the vibe.

Tasks

• Face of the Brand: You stand in front of the camera and give our MVP tests a face and voice (in German).
• Performance & Acting: You creatively interpret our scripts. Sometimes you'll slip into different roles (e.g., from 'serious explaining' to 'entrepreneurially strongly embedded'), fitting for each product.
• Content Production: You shoot Vertical Videos (TikTok/Reels/Shorts style) – in the office or home office.
• Editing: You edit your recordings directly on your mobile device (e.g., using CapCut) or desktop. You know how to use Jump-Cuts, Captions, and Trending Sounds to keep attention.
• Rapid Testing: You produce variants (e.g., 3 different hooks for the same middle part), so we can test what works at market.

Qualification

• Ongoing Studies: You're currently studying (subject secondary – talent counts more than theory).
• „Camera Confidence“: You love standing in front of the camera, have a positive aura, and no fear of showing your face for ads
• Social Native: You spend time on TikTok/Reels and intuitively understand why a video goes viral and another doesn't.
• Experience with Editing: You're fit in CapCut, InShot, or similar tools. High-gloss premiere skills are cool, but speed and authenticity are more important to us
• Languages: Fluent German (essential for the videos) and good English (for team communication)
• Hands-on Mentality: You don't wait for perfect lighting; you start. Done is better than perfect
