About us

It all started seven years ago as an ambitious idea. Today, we are the market leader for graduation yearbooks in Germany. Every year, more than two-thirds of all German graduating classes use the nuggit app to design their graduation yearbooks and graduation textiles. With our study finder, we also support students in the question of what comes after school.

Our mission: Through digital innovation and personal customer contact, we are the reliable partner for students with their very first major project and their next step after that.

We are a small team with a very large reach. As a working student Content Creator (m/f/d), you will independently expand our presence on Instagram and TikTok. You are close to the generation we work for, and your content will reach hundreds of thousands of students directly.

Tasks

Your responsibilities

• Graduation Yearbooks & Graduation Textiles: You create content around graduation yearbooks, graduation mottos, graduation textiles, and everything a graduating class goes through. Entertaining, relatable, and with real added value for the committees.
• Study Finder & Orientation: You make study and career orientation exciting. Which degree program suits me? What do you actually do in this job? You translate these questions into formats that young people actually watch.
• School & Studies: You capture the everyday lives of students and university students, from exam periods to first semesters, and build recurring formats from them. Your own study routine is the best source for this.
• From Idea to Posting: Concept, filming, editing, caption, community management. You plan your content calendar yourself and react quickly to trends.
• Learning from You look at what works and further develop formats based on reach, engagement, and feedback.

Qualifications

What you bring

• You are enrolled at a university or college in Germany and have at least one more year of study ahead of you.
• You know Instagram and TikTok not only as a user but have already created your own content, privately or professionally. A portfolio or your own account shows us the most.
• You have a feel for trends, sounds, and formats and know how Gen Z ticks.
• You enjoy being in front of the camera or have no problem learning to do so.
• You can edit confidently on your smartphone or with common tools like CapCut.
• You use AI to work faster and better. AI doesn't replace you, but you get more out of your time with it.
• You take initiative as a matter of course. You don't wait for briefings but come up with ideas.
• You speak fluent German.
