Werkstudent Content Creator (m/w/d)

We are a Tech-Startup from Berlin and develop individual software and digital solutions for medium-sized enterprises. Our goal: simplify processes, pragmatically implement digitization, and build solutions that work in everyday life.

You will be integrated into our team: You will work in a young, dynamic environment with flat hierarchies, short decision-making paths, and plenty of room for design. Instead of just doing tasks, you can bring your own ideas, take responsibility, and collect valuable practical experience for your studies and portfolio.

Aufgaben

📌 Kreative Content-Erstellung

• You actively support our marketing team in the area of content creation.
• You develop creative ideas and set them up in appealing content, especially for social media, video, and image material.
• You bring contents to life by visually and medially preparing them.

🎥 Video- & Bildbearbeitung

• You edit videos, process images, and work with tools from the Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar programs.
• You contribute to ensuring that contents not only look good but also have storytelling quality.

💡 Unterstützung im Social Media Bereich

• You bring your social media affinity and know how content is targetedly distributed and used.
• The focus lies on effective contributions that increase our visibility and reach.

🤝 Teamarbeit & Beitrag zur Strategie

• You work closely with the team, bring fresh perspectives, and support in implementing communication strategies.
• Your creativity and trend awareness are sought after.

Qualifikation

• You are a registered student and ideally have at least 2 semesters of study time left.
• You have a good sense for content, image language, and storytelling.
• First experience in creating content for social media (privately or professionally) is a plus point.
• You are familiar with video and image processing tools.
• You are creative, reliable, work independently, and bring team spirit.
• You have an interest in digital topics, startups, and modern working methods.
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking round off your profile, basic English language skills should also be present.
