Do you feel like further developing our HEJ TikTok channel and getting really creative? Then you're in the right place: You develop your own ideas, plan video scripts, and implement them directly – from the first sketch to the final edit, the content is in your hands.

• You develop creative video formats that TikTok might love – snackable, fast, authentic.
• You shoot your own short videos about products, BTS moments, team life, and community formats.
• You edit your content yourself and get it to FYP level.
• You have TikTok in your blood: You recognize trends early and transform them into HEJ-relevant ideas – and actively bring them into the weekly editorial meeting.
• You effortlessly invent your own creative concepts, stories, and hooks that stick.
• You plan your content and video ideas in line with our launch and promotion plans in an editorial calendar.
• You test different formats, analyze what works – and continuously optimize.
• You prepare monthly performance and content reports.
• As part of the team, you work closely with your colleagues in Content & Communications to ensure everything fits the brand and your content is aligned with campaigns and brand messages.

• Ideally, you have recently started your Master's degree program related to media, communication, marketing, design, or film and are looking for an ongoing working student position alongside your studies.
• You don't just live TikTok, but you also understand why a video works – hook, pacing, sound, trend timing.
• You bring initial practical experience as a content creator through your own channel or from a corporate context.
• You are proficient in video editing, for example with CapCut, and ideally have basic knowledge of video production, from camera to lighting to sound – or are ambitious to learn quickly.
• You are in your element in front of the camera, self-confident, authentic, approachable for your community.
• You communicate clearly and confidently in German – your community likes to follow you, and coordination with the Content & Communications team runs smoothly.
• Ideas flow from you naturally – instead of copying what already exists, you like to try new things and sometimes go your own way.
• Despite creative chaos, you plan, prioritize, and deliver reliably and independently – self-organization and execution strength are a matter of course for you.
