We are looking for a motivated and creative individual to join our team in Berlin. At The SISS BLISS, you will be faced with challenging tasks with diverse themes and exciting challenges. Many design possibilities, entrepreneurial responsibility, and individual development characterize our motivating and unique work atmosphere. To further strengthen our team, we are currently seeking a Werkstudent Content Creation & Social Media Management (m/w/d) in the Marketing department on-site in Berlin.

Aufgaben

• Content Creation for Social Media: Independent creation of creative visual content (photo, video, Reels, TikToks, and Stories) for Instagram, our website, newsletter, and other communication channels.
• Social Media Management: Support in planning editorial content, community management, daily posting, and further development of our social media formats.
• Shootings & Production: Participation in planning, execution, and post-processing of product and campaign shootings for our online shop and brand world.
• Visual Editing & Assets: Image editing, retouching, and video editing for e-commerce, social media channels, and digital marketing materials.
• Asset Management: Maintenance, structuring, and further development of our internal image and video pool.

Qualifikation

• Studium: You are studying in the field of Design, Media, Photography, Communication, Marketing, or a comparable study program.
• Praktische Skills: You have already gained experience in creating social media content and photography, image editing, and video editing (e.g. CapCut, Premiere, Photoshop, or Canva).
• Brand-Verständnis: You love the brand world of The SISS BLISS and have a well-developed sense for aesthetics, light, composition, and our brand image.
• Interessen & Mindset: You are passionate about fashion, jewelry, social media trends, and brand appearances. You are creative, reliable, and bring your own ideas to the table.
• Team & Arbeitsweise: You have excellent team competence with outstanding communication skills, can work independently, and drive your projects proactively forward.
