Tasks

• You are responsible for the creative production of content with a focus on videos for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts: idea development, filming, editing, and publication.
• You research independently for trends, sounds, hashtags, and creator formats.
• You develop suitable storylines and scripts for videos.
• You are in close coordination with our Social Media Management (strategy, posting frequency, editorial planning).
• You are responsible for optimizing the content production: efficient workflows, regular analyses of video performance.
• You are responsible for building a strong platform presence through continuous posting and testing various formats.

Qualification

• Ongoing studies in the field of media, communication, marketing, film production, or a comparable major.
• First experience in video content production (concept, filming, editing), ideally for TikTok, Reels, or Shorts.
• You enjoy regular content creation, performance analysis, and have no aversion to standing in front of the camera.
• You have a creative sense for target-group-oriented storytelling, trends, and platform-specific formats.
• You are confident in handling editing and video editing tools (e.g. CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Your team skills, communication strength, and structured work style stand out.
• You possess very good German and English language skills.
