As an industry-independent partner, we support medium-sized companies in realizing their full potential. With engagement and professional expertise, we work on developing tailored solutions – and for that, we're looking for you as a reinforcement!

Tasks

• You will support us in analyzing company structures and processes to develop tailored consulting solutions for well-known customers (e.g. service providers from the real estate industry or the automotive industry)
• You will conduct independent market and competitive analyses and create concept drafts and presentations
• You will support us in developing strategy concepts and operational action plans
• You will assist project leadership in conducting workshops and meetings with customers
• You will coordinate and align yourself closely with internal and external partners – from advertising agencies to IT service providers – and ensure the success of our joint projects

Qualification

• You are currently pursuing a master's degree in economics or a related field
• You are enthusiastic about consulting and analytical thinking.
• You have an interest in consulting
• You bring a globally oriented, value-oriented personality with strong team spirit
• You are motivated to bring your own ideas and take responsibility for projects
• You have excellent German language skills on at least C1 level in both spoken and written form
