Aufgaben

We are looking for a Werkstudenten Consulting im Bereich Organizational Development (all genders) for 20 h/Woche with, among other things, the following tasks:

• Mitarbeit in unserem “Organizational Development” Team both internally at AdEx and remotely at our clients
• Selbstverantwortliche processing and taking over of eigener Arbeitspakete
• Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Durchführung von Go-to-Market und Sales Strategien und -Konzepten
• Planung und Durchführung unseres AdEx Reifegradassessments
• Gestaltung von internen & externen Kommunikationsmaßnahmen zur Stärkung der “Organizational Development” Brand

Qualifikation

We are looking for someone who brings:

• Aktives Studium in (Wirtschafts-)Psychologie, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen or a related field
• Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Consulting
• Erste Erfahrung in der Organisationsentwicklung (Organisationsdesign, Change-Management, Talententwicklung, Führungskräfteentwicklung), or in Sales/Business Development in Consulting is a PLUS
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office 365 and various KI-Tools
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Eine analytische und konzeptionelle Denkweise
• Freude an der Arbeit in Projekten
• Fähigkeit zum eigenständigen und selbstorganisierten Arbeiten, insbesondere in einem virtuellen Team
• Interesse und Verfügbarkeit für eine längere Zusammenarbeit (mindestens 1 Jahr)
