Your new study job

• Community Management & Marketing Inbox: You will review, prioritize, respond to and moderate community posts and incoming inquiries, as well as maintain the corresponding processes and documentation.
• Evaluation management: You will monitor, respond to and analyze evaluations on relevant platforms and support in structured evaluation and documentation.
• Issue & Reputation Support: You will help with analyzing negative content and supporting the derivation and preparation of potential countermeasures.
• Research & Analysis: You will research potential reputation risks in the company's environment and prepare findings structured.
• Ai-supported process analysis: You will analyze existing community, evaluation, and reputation processes and document which workflow steps can be supported or simplified by AI in the future.
