About the role

• Analyze business deviations: You evaluate operational events structured out and prepare them so that a well-founded claim for performance can be made.
• Lifecycle management: You accompany processes from the first report to follow-up and final evaluation and feedback.
• Delay analysis: You check delay causes of train runs and request recodifications at DB InfraGo – the basis for our data-based punctuality control.
• Optimization potential recognition: You find patterns in processes and develop approaches to process improvement.
• Add-on projects: Depending on the need, you support topics such as quality assurance, process optimization or data-based evaluations.

About you

• Einschriebender Student, ideally in economics, transportation, logistics or a related field
• Structured and reliable working method, even for recurring processes
• Fast comprehension and analytical understanding of operational relationships
• Safe handling of data and solid Excel skills; willingness to learn new tools
• Clear and precise communication as well as careful documentation
• Fluent German and English skills
• Availability for at least 6 months
