Then join our team and support us in further developing our first project, "AI & Why – Business Talks" - a video podcast where we speak with entrepreneurs, leaders, and experts about real AI experiences: understandable, practical, and without hype.

Your tasks will include:

• Production & Postproduction: Accompany the preparation and implementation of our studio recordings, review visual materials from multiple camera perspectives, and support in editing as well as creating short social media clips.
• Content & Research: Research topics and potential guests, work on questionnaires and episode structures with us, and actively contribute ideas for new formats and content improvements.
• Publishing & Social Media: Collaborate in publishing new podcast episodes, create and maintain social media posts, and help develop our content strategy further.

Qualification

• Current studies - any field, as long as you're interested in media, AI, and digitalization.
• First experience with video, podcasts, or social media is a plus, but not necessary.
• Pleasure in actively shaping a podcast instead of just following along

• Excellent German language skills in writing and speaking
