Business Development Student (m/w/d)

We support entrepreneurs, founders, and leadership teams in structuring, data-based, and scalable company builds. Our focus lies on the sustainable build-up and optimization of business processes, sales organizations, and marketing structures through the targeted use of automation, artificial intelligence, and modern no-code tools.

We combine strategic thinking with operational feasibility: pragmatically, measurable, and consistently oriented towards growth.

You will work directly with an entrepreneur together and receive genuine insights into strategic and operational business decisions. You are not only supportive but actively involved in ongoing projects, sales processes, and conceptual topics.

Tasks

Sales & Organization

Support in pre-sales and preparation of customer meetings

• Structuring and comprehensive responsibility for leads, contacts, and CRM data
• Coordination, preparation, and organization of appointments
• Follow-up on meetings (e.g., summaries, to-dos, follow-ups)

Concepts & Projects

Participation in conceptual tasks (e.g., offer logics, process sketches, use cases, automations)

• Support for customer projects in the area of automation, AI, and process design
• Analysis of business models, markets, and target groups

Content & Media

Support in creating and structuring content (e.g., presentations, LinkedIn posts, concepts, texts)

• Thinking ahead for new content formats, media ideas, and product approaches
• Preliminary preparation of ideas and raw materials in a structured form

Qualification

Your Profile

• You are studying in Soest or surrounding area
• You have an interest in entrepreneurship, sales, marketing, processes, and digital business models
• You work structured, independently, and reliably
• You think analytically, can structure content well, and have a good sense for clear communication
• First experiences with tools like CRM systems, Notion, Google Workspace, Airtable, or similar tools are a plus, but not a must. We'll teach you everything.
