Aufgaben

• Zoho CRM & Support: You will take over the strategic further development of workflows in Zoho CRM, be responsible for first-level support, and stand in close, continuous exchange with our departments.
• Prozessautomatisierung: You drive our digitalization themes forward by analyzing existing processes and automating them using modern tools (e.g. n8n).
• App-Entwicklung: You support us in the development of independent, internal web apps based on a modern tech stack (React, Vite, Node.js).
• Business Intelligence & Dashboards: You design and maintain data pipelines and prepare the gained data in meaningful dashboards (e.g. Power BI) for management and teams.

Qualifikation

• Studium: You are studying (Economics-) Informatics, Software Engineering, Data Science, Economics with IT focus or a comparable study program.
• Tech-Skills: You bring first-hand practical experience or a high affinity for CRM systems (ideally Zoho), automation tools (e.g. n8n, PowerAutomate) and modern web technologies (React, Vite, Node.js).
• KI & Innovation: You have a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and the drive to use AI tools (Claude Code, Gemini, ChatGTP) meaningfully and goal-oriented in your daily work, as well as to shape workflows even smarter to increase efficiency.
• Data-Mindset: Handling data pipelines and dashboarding tools (e.g. Power BI) is not foreign to you or you have the ambition to quickly get familiar with it.
• Arbeitsweise: You are characterized by a very self-reliant, proactive, and extremely solution-oriented working style. You don't wait for tasks, but recognize potential.
• Persönlichkeit: You have fun taking responsibility and appearing as a competent/-r contact person for digital issues within the company.
