About us

We are Advertical, a creative agency from Cologne. Besides our agency, we continuously develop new internal tools, automations, and AI products to optimize processes and test new business models.

We're looking for an intern who doesn't just have ideas but also implements them.

Tasks

Your tasks

• Development and implementation of automations using Make
• BUILDING and further development of our systems in Airtable
• Development of internal tools and web apps using Claude Code
• Development and testing of new AI-based products and business ideas
• Analyzing existing processes and implementing intelligent automations
• Development of AI workflows to increase our efficiency
• Researching and integrating new AI tools and technologies
• Closely working with the management team on developing new products and internal systems

Qualification

You bring this

• Ongoing studies, e.g. Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration or a comparable degree
• PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE with AI tools and automations (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Make, Airtable, n8n or similar tools)
• Enjoyment of questioning processes and optimizing them
• Analytical and solution-oriented thinking
• Independent, structured working style
• Very good German language skills
