Working Student Business Administration (m/f/d) office based in Berlin

Apollo Health Ventures is a life science VC that founds and invests in biotech companies in Europe and North America. The goal of Apollo and its portfolio companies is to develop therapeutics against age-related diseases and aging itself. Apollo helps scientists understand how and why we age and then builds companies around these research findings. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Working Student (m/f/d) with a Business Administration background to ideally support the team from November 1, 2026, at the Berlin office.

Your tasks:

• Assist the Financial Team with accounting and operational tasks of Apollo and our portfolio companies

• Support the team with IT administration

• Strengthen the Apollo Team with daily tasks, such as office management and the management of external service providers

• Master's or Bachelor's student in Business Administration or similar (at least in the 3rd semester)

• Technical understanding and good IT skills are a plus (Office Suite, Windows, iOS)

• Availability of 8-10 hours per week for a period of at least 12 months

• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
