We are currently looking for a student assistant (m/w/d) in accounting and settlement who will support us in setting up clean financial structures – and thus directly contribute to Eneto's scaling.

Aufgaben

• Preliminary Accounting: You maintain and review documents, categorize transactions, and prepare materials for our tax consultant.
• Commission Settlement: You calculate and document commissions for our sales team – structured, understandable, and deadline-oriented.
• Salary Preparation: You support in preparing the monthly payroll and maintain relevant personnel data.
• Invoice Verification: You verify incoming and outgoing invoices for completeness and accuracy and ensure a smooth document flow.

Qualifikation

• Studies: You are studying business administration, accounting, finance, law or a comparable program.
• Numeracy: You work precisely, think in structures, and don't lose your overview even with recurring tasks.
• Communication: You communicate clearly and concisely in German (min. C1, spoken and written).
• Nice to have: First practical experiences in accounting, e.g., through internships or part-time jobs.
