As a Werkstudent:in in the BrandComms team, you'll be right in the middle instead of just being there! You support us in our dynamic daily business and dive deep into the worlds of PR, Influencer Marketing, Campaign Management, and Events.

Our team consists of around 60 colleagues in the premium skincare sector – engaged, supportive, and with a lot of passion for high-quality products.

Aufgaben

PR & Communications

• Supporting the PR Manager in operational daily business
• Maintenance of media, contact, and distribution lists
• Preparation and presentation of reports
• Support in planning and organizing PR dinners and press events
• Preliminary preparation of press releases, press materials, and other communication materials

Influencer Marketing

• Supporting influencer relationship management
• Maintenance of influencer and partner databases
• Preparation and evaluation of reports
• Support in planning and sending seeding packages
• Research and identification of relevant influencers, creators, and cooperation partners

Kampagnenmanagement

• Support in organizing and coordinating marketing and communication campaigns
• Preparation, presentation, and follow-up of presentations, timings, and project plans
• Coordination with internal teams and external partners
• Support in administrative and organizational project tasks

Events & Brand Experiences

• Support in planning, preparation, and implementation of launch events, community events, pop-up stores, and photo shootings
• Coordination of workflows, participant lists, and organizational details
• On-site support at events and productions

Qualifikation

• First work experience: Ideally first practical experiences (through internships or student assistantships) in the fields of PR, corporate communication, influencer marketing, or event management.
• Communication talent: Excellent expression in word and writing, as well as a sense for texts, trends, and addressing media representatives and influencers.
• Organization & Structure: A structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style – you keep track even with parallel projects and deadlines.
• Hands-on mentality: Strong team spirit, reliability, and joy in actively supporting events and productions on site.
• Qualification: An ongoing study with a focus on communication sciences, marketing, public relations, business administration, or a comparable education.
• Linguistic skills: Fluent German and very good English skills in writing and speaking.
