Tasks

Your part in our team.

In this role, you will be a central part of our recruiting setup for medium-sized clients. The focus is clearly on applicant management. You will ensure that processes run smoothly, applications are forwarded promptly, and our clients can make quick and structured decisions about incoming applications.

Your tasks at a glance:

• You will take care of administrative applicant management for our clients

• You will maintain and post job advertisements on various portals and websites

• You will be in close contact with the managing directors or responsible HR managers of our clients

• You will maintain a clean applicant overview, track statuses, monitor timings, and ensure that nothing gets left behind.

• You will communicate professionally and reliably with candidates, both in writing and by phone.

What we expect from you.

We are primarily interested in you as a person and always assess individually whether your expectations, your skills, and your drive fit with us. You should definitely bring qualities such as independent work, a sense of responsibility, and openness to new things.

Additionally, the following points are relevant for the position:

• You are an enrolled student and can work at least 15 hours per week

• You are interested in structured, reliable work with clear responsibility in day-to-day operations

• You communicate clearly, friendly, and professionally, even when things need to move quickly

• You work carefully, and accuracy is important to you

• You can flexibly distribute your working hours over several days during the week
