Work Student (m/w/d) Building Inspection & Digitalization in Berlin

Your main tasks will be

On-site inspections

• Visits to buildings for data collection (e.g. boiler rooms, outdoor areas, pipe routes)
• Use of digital tools for measurement and documentation (AR apps)

Technical documentation

• Taking technical specifications such as door sizes, room heights, and spatial relationships
• Pictorial documentation of potential installation sites for heat pumps and boiler rooms

Data collection & quality control

• Heat load calculation & design according to specifications
• Participation in briefings, debriefings, and discussions for quality control

You bring with you

• Studies in the field of energy, building, environment, digitalization or comparable
• Technical understanding and interest in building structures
• Meticulous and structured working style
• Travel readiness and ideally a driving license class B
• Good German language skills in writing and speaking
