Tasks

• Project work: You are part of a team working on complex construction projects and support with administrative tasks as needed
• You take over the filing and archiving of documents
• Project documentation: You support the documentation of our projects
• Building applications: You support us in preparing and creating building applications and approval documents
• You create plan documents and coordinate with the responsible building authorities
• You correspond with other internal departments and, if necessary, with external partners

Qualification

• You are enrolled as a student (m/w/d) in one of the following study programs: Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or comparable study programs
• Your personality is characterized by reliability, thoroughness, team spirit, and self-initiative
• Additional qualifications: You master the common MS-Office programs securely and communicate problem-free in German (C2).
• Basic knowledge of CAD (e.g. AutoCAD) is desirable, as is a GIS system, and should be applicable in the working environment
