Working Student B2C Marketing (m/f/d)

Doctolib is looking for you immediately as a Working Student in B2C Marketing for our location in Berlin.
Doctolib pursues the mission to improve the healthcare of all people by simplifying access to healthcare services and supporting patients in better keeping an eye on their health. To achieve this goal, we are constantly working to increase our brand awareness in Germany and to reach our target audience with relevant content across various channels.
Your Responsibilities
As a working student, you will support us in the following areas of responsibility:
- Implementation and analysis of paid campaigns across all channels, especially Meta, TikTok, Apple, and Google Ads
- Organization and creation of paid content for video and image formats
- Marketing management on our website placements, including content writing, creation of graphics, CMS integration, and reporting
- Creation and implementation of CRM campaigns
- Management of community management and app reviews on all of Doctolib's online presences
- Optimization of our Doctolib app in the App Store and Google Play Store, including keyword optimization, competitor analysis, and creation of custom product pages
- Project management in the area of social media as well as performance tracking and analysis of relevant key figures
- Support for the team with other tasks and projects in B2C marketing
During your time with us, you will:
- Gain a comprehensive overview of the various B2C marketing channels and their content and structures, especially in the areas of CRM, CMS, paid marketing, and social media
- Learn and use various tools for creating, distributing, and analyzing marketing measures
- Develop an understanding of how social communities are maintained and increasingly moderate them independently
- Deepen your knowledge in performance marketing, app store optimization, and the analysis of marketing data
- Collaborate interdisciplinarily with local and international teams, gaining valuable insights into the way a rapidly growing tech company works

To become part of our team, you bring the following:
- You are enrolled full-time at a university and are studying Marketing, Business Communication, or a similar field of study
- You are a team player, communicative, drive topics independently, and are characterized by your proactive approach and hands-on mentality
- You have initial knowledge in online marketing and are interested in paid marketing, social media, CRM, and digital content
- You work in an organized and structured manner and can keep an overview even with multiple projects running concurrently
- You possess strong competence in using AI tools (AI Fluency), are interested in healthcare and digitalization, and have fluent German and very good English skills in speaking and writing
We are also particularly interested in:
- You have already gained initial experience in online marketing, e.g., social media, CRM, or SEO, or in project management
- You have experience in content writing
- You are tech-savvy and enjoy learning new tools and platforms; initial experience with Canva, Figma, WordPress, or another CMS is a plus

Job Details
- Position as Working Student (20 hrs./week)
- Duration of employment: Minimum 12 months
- Work location: Berlin
- Salary: €15/hr.
- Start date: As soon as possible
- Work mode: Hybrid (2-3 days office/week)
