Working Student - B2B Sales (m/f/d)

• Lead Research: You identify new potential clients (general contractors, developers, project developers) and relevant construction projects, e.g., via tender platforms, industry portals, and your own research.
• Email Outreach: You contact potential clients in writing and introduce TAWO as an electrical partner for their projects.
• Phone Outreach: You contact decision-makers by phone with the goal of having TAWO invited to ongoing and upcoming tenders.
• Lead Qualification: You evaluate which contacts and projects are relevant to us and manage them structurally in our sales pipeline.
• Support in the Sales Process: You continue to support acquired leads, maintain contact, follow up, coordinate the exchange of documents, and support the team until the offer is submitted.
• Shape the Process: You contribute ideas on how we can improve outreach, research, and follow-up even further.

• Enrolled student (m/f/d), ideally in a business, communication, or technical field of study. The major is secondary; your attitude counts.
• Enjoy Communication: You like making phone calls, formulate clearly, and present yourself in a friendly and obliging manner.
• Structured, independent way of working and reliability in managing contacts and follow-ups.
• Very good German skills, both written and spoken.
• Initial experience in sales, customer contact, or research is a plus, but not a requirement. We will train you.
• Interest in the construction industry and electrical engineering is welcome; prior knowledge is not necessary.
