Do you want to get to know the sales of our brands HEJ Natural, Naturally Pam, and éla Natural Beauty up close and ensure that everything runs smoothly in the background? Then you are exactly right with us! As a working student in the Sales team, you will be independently responsible for the support of our customers in the Sports & Others sector and will support our Sales Assistants in their day-to-day business.

• You will independently handle the incoming inquiries from our customers in the Sports & Others sector and process their concerns in a service and solution-oriented manner.
• You will accompany the entire order process – from inquiry and order entry to coordination of goods dispatch with our logistics.
• You will process customer master data requests and customer complaints in cooperation with our Quality Management team and will handle the preliminary recording of invoices.
• In addition, you will support our Sales Assistants in operational day-to-day business with the support of our existing customers and participate in the preparation of sales documents and POS campaigns as well as the coordination of the dispatch of our product samples.
• You will gain exciting insights into the processes of a modern FMCG company and work closely with various teams such as Quality Management, Logistics, and Accounting together.

• You are currently enrolled in a business administration or economics degree program, are looking for a working student position, and still have at least 2 semesters left to support us.
• Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• You enjoy a diverse range of tasks, love to communicate, and think in terms of solutions.
• Keeping multiple balls in the air simultaneously is a motivation for you and an opportunity to let your organizational talent shine. You always maintain an overview, as you are very well-structured.
• You are data-savvy and feel confident using common MS Office programs such as Excel and PowerPoint.
• Anyone can complete tasks. You take ownership of your topics and proactively contribute to the team.
