Working Student B2B Sales & Business Development – AI Startup (m/f/d)

Scope: 20 hours/week (fixed-term)
Compensation: €16.50 per hour + attractive performance bonus with no upper limit

As a working student in B2B Sales & Business Development, you will support our sales team in acquiring new customers for our AI SaaS solution. You will conduct conversations with decision-makers, continuously develop your sales skills, and immediately see the impact your work has on our growth.

• You will identify potential B2B customers and independently contact relevant decision-makers.
• You will excite prospects about our AI solution and schedule qualified product demos.
• You will recognize business potential, ask the right questions, and develop a feel for successful sales conversations.
• You will reliably document your activities in the CRM and work closely with our sales team.
• You will also support our LinkedIn outreach via Sales Navigator and accompany follow-ups until appointments are scheduled.

• You are currently enrolled at a college or university.
• You have C2-level German skills and proficient English skills to communicate confidently in an international work environment.
• You are not afraid to approach people and are open to new conversation partners.
• You are not discouraged by a "no" but see it as part of the learning process.
• You are ambitious and eager to improve every day.
• You work in a structured manner and can keep track of multiple leads.
• Ideally, you are interested in technology, AI, or modern software solutions.
