We are looking for

The Hansaklinik in Dortmund is looking for motivated and communicative students as telephone operators from the earliest possible date.

Varied tasks

• Processing appointment requests (by email and by phone)

• Telephone management

• Independent, responsible, and structured way of working

• General administrative work and office activities

Our requirements

• Enrolled student

• Experience in outpatient and practice organization of a medical practice is desirable

• Openness, friendliness, teamwork skills, and enjoyment of working with people are very important to us

• A well-groomed appearance

• Fluent German language skills
