To be able to focus fully on our core business, we want to radically simplify our internal workflows with the help of AI.

We're looking for you! Become our in-house expert and elevate our workflows with intelligent automations to the next level.

Tasks

Your Mission:

• Analyze Workflows: You analyze our current processes and find out where we can save time and nerves using AI.
• Connect Systems: You connect our cloud services and software via APIs, so that data exchange runs smoothly.
• Deep Tech instead of just Surface: You build solutions that go beyond simple prompts – real coding and smart tooling are required.
• Bulding Knowledge: You will become our in-house expert for AI topics and actively build our technological infrastructure.
• Timeframe: Your workload is approximately 10 to 15 hours per week. As we work agile, it may be a bit more or less depending on the project's needs and scope.

Qualification

You should bring:

• IT Background: You are studying computer science, business informatics, or a similar field and have a strong technical affinity.
• Hands-on Mentality: You have the desire to gain practical experience and try things out for yourself.
• Coding & API Skills: You know how to address interfaces and don't shy away from diving into code. Your knowledge goes beyond simple prompts. Experience with n8n is a definite plus!
• Linguistic Feeling: You speak fluent English; German is a nice extra, but not necessary.
• Time & Focus: You have approximately 10-15 hours per week time and desire to work in a team with flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes.
