Daily Business?! Not with us…

• You will independently connect new data sets to our data analytics architecture and sustainably integrate them into our existing structure

• You will talk to stakeholders from various departments to understand the data from a functional perspective: Where does it come from, what does it mean, what is important?

• You will clean, model, and test your data pipelines and document your transformations in a traceable manner

• You will develop pipelines and evaluations in Python and SQL (DuckDB) – preferably AI-supported, but always with a full understanding of the result

• You will present and explain your solutions to the team and stand by your code

• Strong willingness to learn and the motivation to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics

• Readiness to take on responsibility early and to drive tasks forward independently

• Basic understanding of programming logic (e.g., from studies, courses, or personal projects) – you don't have to be a perfect programmer

• Analytical thinking and the ambition not only to develop data but also to help shape its impact on our decisions

• The ability to validate AI-generated output, manually improve it if necessary, and explain it in your own words
