As an internationally growing trading company, we are constantly working on optimizing our processes, systems, and value chains. To accompany this growth in a structured and efficient manner, we are looking for you to strengthen our team in the area of project management & process optimization.

Aufgaben

• Business Development & Projektunterstützung: You will work closely with the management on operational and strategic projects and support the implementation of business development initiatives.
• Prozessoptimierung: You analyze existing processes in the company, recognize inefficient processes, and develop practical improvements that can be directly implemented.
• Automatisierung & KI-Tools: You identify repetitive tasks and build simple automations as well as workflows with modern tools and AI applications.
• Projektmanagement im Tagesgeschäft: You structure tasks, drive projects forward, and ensure that things are not only planned but also actually implemented.
• Analyse & Umsetzung: You support in evaluations, research, and decision-making grounds and implement improvements directly operationally.

Qualifikation

• Ongoing studies (at least 4th semester), ideally business administration, economics, management, or comparable
• Interest in processes, automation, and efficient work
• First experiences with KI-tools, automation, or digital workflows are advantageous
• Pragmatic hands-on mentality – you think not only, but also implement
• Structured, self-responsible working style
• Analytical thinking and enjoyment of making things better
• Very good German language skills
