Since 2000, ITA Logistics Group has made shipping for companies easier, more transparent, and more efficient. With our platforms LetMeShip and ParcelParcel, companies can quickly compare and book their daily shipments. We bundle numerous logistics service providers on our platforms and combine modern technology with personal service.

At several locations in Europe, our teams work daily to simplify shipping processes sustainably. We rely on open collaboration as well as short decision-making paths and are looking for people who take responsibility, bring ideas, and actively participate.

Your role

You test new AI tools not just once, but immediately think: 'How can we use this sensibly in everyday life?' Then this role might be perfect for you.

As a Werkstudent:in AI Solutions, you will work in a company that understands AI not just as a trend, but as a genuine tool for better processes, smarter collaboration, and new ideas. Together with various departments, you will identify exciting application cases, develop initial prototypes, and bring innovative AI solutions into practice.

You will work closely with our Data Insights Team, the Technical Director, and international colleagues to actively shape how AI develops our platforms and working methods.

Your tasks

• Analysis and identification of AI use cases in everyday life
• Development of small proof-of-concepts (PoCs) with modern LLMs like Claude
• Collaboration with various teams to optimize internal processes
• Support for automations, data analyses, and KI-based workflows
• Testing new AI functions and evaluating their practical usefulness
• Support and guidance for colleagues around AI applications and prompting

You bring

• Pasión for AI, Large Language Models, and new technologies
• Interest in tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or similar applications
• Structured, self-responsible, and solution-oriented working style
• Pleasure in communication, teamwork, and knowledge exchange
• Openness to the use and further development of AI applications
• Good German and English skills

Plus points

• Pleasure in trying out new things and developing creative solutions
• Basic technical understanding or experience with digital tools
• First experiences with SQL, data structures, or automations
