In the Practice Transformation area, we design the future of our consulting and project work with artificial intelligence. Our AI Enabled Projects & Processes team ensures that AI is not only available but also creates real added value in projects, PMO routines, and consulting processes.

As a Werkstudent (m/w/d) AI Manager Support, you will support the AI Manager in advancing the introduction and use of AI in transformation projects. You will work at the interface between AI tools, project teams, and PMO, analyzing usage patterns, developing AI use cases with, and contributing to integrating AI solutions successfully into everyday project life.

What awaits you

• Support for the AI Manager in planning, implementing, and tracking AI adoption measures as well as in the project and PMO environment.

• Creation and analysis of KPI reports and dashboards on the use of AI tools, with derivation of optimization potential and action recommendations.

• Participation in developing and introducing AI use cases, simple automations, and proof-of-concepts (e.g., with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or Power Automate).

• Preliminary preparation and creation of enablement materials such as training documents, click-guides, prompt libraries, and how-to documentation.

• Documentation and structuring of AI use cases, best practices, and project knowledge, as well as building reusable content and toolkits.

• Support in identifying usage hurdles and developing practical measures to successfully integrate AI into everyday project life.

What we wish for

• Enrolled or enrolled Bachelor's or Master's student in business informatics, computer science, data science, engineering, business administration with a tech focus, or a comparable field of study.

• Interest in generative AI, AI adoption, and digital technologies as well as first practical experiences with AI tools, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or low-code/no-code solutions are advantageous.

• Analytical and structured working style, as well as pleasure in evaluating data and deriving concrete action recommendations.

• Technical basic understanding of automation, data analysis, and digital processes; knowledge of Power BI, Excel, Python, SQL, or APIs is a plus.

• Communication strength and team ability as well as the ability to present technical content in a way that is understandable for different target groups.

• Eigeninitiative, curiosity, and willingness to learn as well as interest in project work, process optimization, and the successful introduction of AI solutions in the corporate environment.
