Werkstudent – AI Automation & Systems Engineer (m/w/d)

Your Mission

We are an established agency that abolishes itself. Because we know: AI will not change agencies, it will replace them. And exactly that's what we don't want to prevent but accelerate.
We're looking for AI Sparring Partners with curiosity, courage, and the willingness to break things to build something better.
You can expect a CEO on eye level, radical freedom, unlimited tools & tokens – and the responsibility to actively participate in abolishing classical agency models.

You're not just a coder, but think in systems, automations, and levers.
Your task is to rebuild our internal processes – with AI-agents, tailored tools, and radical pragmatism.

We're already experimenting deeply with current AI systems and give you the space to set up agents that don't impress, but deliver measurable business impact. No playground without a goal – but real responsibility for processes that scale or disappear.

You'll get resources, trust, and decision-making freedom to ignite the next stage – and prove that classical agency structures are an outdated model.

Specifically

• You assemble your own AI arsenal. Tools, API credits, and tokens are your resources.
• You design, build, and operate AI-automations and internal tools that measurably change our working method – not pretty, but effective.
• You set up AI-agents (e.g., with Clawdbot/OpenClaw or comparable frameworks) that take over operative work, replace processes, and unlock real efficiency.
• You test new AI technologies early, hard, and pragmatically – and find out how to make them deliver genuine added value. For us. And for you.
• You work directly with all teams together, understand their pain points, and translate them into technical solutions instead of tickets and PowerPoints.
• You use smart vibe coding to quickly build prototypes, test things live, and pragmatically solve complex problems.
• You take ownership for what you build – and continuously develop your systems until they either scale or are replaced.

Your Profile

• You're passionate about AI, automation, and building systems that really replace work.
• You already have some practical experience in coding (e.g., Python) and working with APIs – from studies, personal projects, or as a work student.
• You see problems not as blockers but as automation potential.
• You're a maker: You take ownership, set ideas into motion, and don't wait for perfect conditions.
• You're extremely curious, learn quickly, and stay close to new technologies instead of following behind them.
• You have the courage to question existing processes – and the will to build radically better solutions.
• Munich is a must. We live consciously an office-first mentality because we're convinced that direct collaboration makes us faster, stronger, and more creative.
