Working Student AI & Automation (m/f/d) n8n, Make, Zapier
Job description
We are a recruiting and employer branding agency in the healthcare and social services sector.
Our focus: Helping companies generate qualified applications predictably through digital channels.

Responsibilities
- Building and optimizing automations with tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier
- Integrating AI into our processes
- Developing data pipelines (scraping, enrichment, lead processing)
- Building and maintaining databases (e.g., Airtable, Supabase)
- Integrating APIs (e.g., CRM, data providers, external tools)
- Further developing our internal systems and processes
- Identifying and automating manual workflows
- Documenting and structuring our systems
Qualifications
- Active studies in computer science, business informatics, mathematics, data science, artificial intelligence, or a comparable technical or analytical degree program
- Initial practical experience with No Code and Low Code tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or comparable platforms
- Experience working with AI tools and models like OpenAI, ChatGPT API, Claude, or comparable systems
- Basic understanding of APIs, data structures, and automated workflows
- Optional: Experience in programming or working with code
- Very good logical, analytical, and structured thinking skills
- Strong ability to independently analyze technical challenges and develop solutions
- Quick comprehension and high implementation speed
- Hands-on mentality and enjoyment in trying out new tools and technologies independently
