Werkstudent AI & Automation Developer (m/w/d)

The Linear Software GmbH was taken over by the Chapters Group AG in 2025 and is being modernized from scratch to lead our administrative and accounting software for associations, federations, and schools into a future supported by artificial intelligence. We are migrating the systems to a modern cloud architecture and expanding the platform with agent-based AI features (chatbot, copilot, MCP).

Therefore, we are looking for an intern who can automate processes using artificial intelligence. You will work directly with the CTO on automating our workflows and gain insights into all business areas.

Aufgaben

• Automation & Skripting: Complex workflows build – flexibly via n8n or scripts (JS/TS or Python).
• Web Scraping: Structured data efficiently extract from web sources (e.g. with Puppeteer/Playwright).
• Tool-Integration: Processes connect and synchronize with tools like Notion, Zoho, Github, N8N.
• Analytics: Data sources connect, dashboards build, and reports provide for data-driven decision-making.

Qualifikation

• AI-Native Development (Pflicht): You use AI-supported code editors (like Cursor, Cloud-Code-Tools etc.) as a daily co-pilot to program efficiently and smartly.
• Prozessautomatisierung: You have practical experience in dealing with tools like n8n, Zapier or Make.
• Datenbank-Skills: A strong understanding of SQL- and NoSQL-databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MS SQL as well as MongoDB or Supabase).
• Scraping & Daten-Handling: Safe handling with APIs, HTML structures, and various data types (JSON, objects).
