Work Student Active Sourcing (m/w/d)

Tasks

• Research and identification of potential candidates over platforms like LinkedIn and other relevant networks
• Creation and sending of individual, target-group-oriented appeals
• Scheduling and coordination of initial interviews
• Support in developing and refining search strategies and candidate profiles
• Maintenance and documentation of selected customer projects in the banking sector

Qualification

• You are currently enrolled at a German university
• You already have experience in active sourcing and first contacts with recruiter tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
• You convince through strong communication skills, empathy, and a good sense for building networks
• You work structured, are willing to learn, and appreciate teamwork
• Very good knowledge of MS Office rounds off your profile
