Working Student Activation Calls (m/f/d)

Do you enjoy making phone calls? Then come to wyn. 📞

Our merchants have already received their wyn terminal – but are not yet using it actively. For our Activation Calls, we are looking for a friendly and communicative person as a working student.

You will contact merchants who have already received their terminal but are not yet actively using it. You will find out why, support them with the first steps, and help our merchants get off to a successful start with wyn.

Responsibilities

• Contact merchants by phone who have already received their wyn terminal but have not yet activated or used it
• Find out the reason in a short conversation
• Support with the first steps and answer simple questions about getting started
• Recognize when a topic requires further support from the team
• Document conversations and relevant feedback
• Pass on recurring feedback and potential issues to the team
• Scope: approx. 3-5 calls per working day or 15-25 calls per week; a total of probably approx. 5 hours per week

Qualifications

• You are currently enrolled at a college or university
• You enjoy making phone calls and are not afraid to actively call people
• You speak fluent German and can express yourself confidently and friendly on the phone
• You communicate openly, friendly, and at eye level
• You enjoy approaching people and are happy to help in a straightforward manner
• You are reliable, independent, and diligent
• You have a good sense of when you can solve a problem yourself and when you need support from the team
• Previous experience in customer service or telephony is a plus, but not a requirement
