And now, specifically. This is what we're currently working on:

Working Student Accounting (m/f/d)
Employment: Part-time, hourly basis, up to 20 hours/week, flexible working hours
Direct Supervisor: Director Finance Controlling
Team: Accounting
Location: In the office in Hamburg or Düsseldorf, or remote (home office)

Your Tasks

Are you interested in accounting and want to gain practical insights into the bookkeeping of a growing company? Then support our Finance team in keeping accounting processes efficient and digital.

• Support with the preliminary booking of incoming and outgoing invoices
• Assistance with maintaining vendor and customer master data
• Support with invoice runs via digital approval tools (Candis)
• Contribution to simple analyses and reporting in Excel
• Support with the digitization and filing of accounting documents
• Occasional support with preparatory work for month-end closing (e.g., document allocation, data reconciliation)

Your Profile

• Student of Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable course of study with an interest in accounting.
• First practical experience with accounting (e.g., through an internship or apprenticeship) is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• Structured, conscientious work style, and confident use of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Very good German and good English language skills.

At natsana, we enjoy testing new technologies and constantly rethinking work. Currently, we are excited about AI in all areas – if this topic interests you and you are open to trying new things, we look forward to hearing from you. Experience is a plus, but curiosity and a willingness to learn are most important.
