Working Student Accounting (all genders)

We are looking for a Working Student Accounting (all genders) as soon as possible. We live Remote-First, but proximity to our Cologne location will certainly be an advantage for this position.


Our Accounting team ensures that our financial processes run reliably every day. At the same time, colleagues work on various projects and further develop existing processes. To allow more time for this, we are looking for you to support us in day-to-day operations.
 
As a working student in Accounting, you will take on administrative and preparatory tasks related to our bookkeeping. You will process invoices, check and process credit card receipts, maintain master data, and ensure that the necessary information is stored completely and cleanly in the system.
 
You will work closely with the existing team, gain insights into the processes of an internationally active company, and learn how accounting processes work in everyday work. Depending on your experience and development, you can also support simple booking transactions and gradually take on further tasks.
 
You don't have to be an accounting professional yet. The important thing is that you work carefully, are reliable, and are eager to learn new topics. We will gladly teach you the rest.

Your personality, paired with: 
 

• You are a registered student, ideally in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a comparable degree program 
• You are interested in bookkeeping, accounting, and commercial processes 
• You work carefully, in a structured manner, and reliably 
• You have a good understanding of numbers and handle data and documents conscientiously 
• You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel 
• You quickly learn new systems and processes 
• You enjoy working in a team, but can also organize your tasks independently
