Marketing Assistant (m/w/d)

NICO Europe GmbH, a company with over 100 years of experience in the fireworks industry and one of the leading providers of pyrotechnics in Germany, is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support our existing marketing team. We are looking for a student in their master's program with first-hand practical experience in marketing. You will assist our marketing team in daily business and work on exciting projects around online marketing, e-commerce, content, and social media.

Aufgaben

We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible:

Marketing Assistant (m/w/d) - 20 hours per week

The position is ideal for students in their master's program with first-hand practical experience in marketing. You will support our marketing team in daily business and work on exciting projects around online marketing, e-commerce, content, and social media.

Your interesting tasks at NICO:

• Support in maintaining and developing our website and online shop (Shopware 6)
• Participation in the care of marketplace marketing activities, such as Amazon and Google Shopping
• Support in SEO analyses, content optimizations, and evaluating relevant key figures
• Help with planning, implementation, and follow-up of marketing campaigns
• Creation and maintenance of content for website, news blog, newsletter, and social media channels
• Research on trends, competitors, target groups, and new traffic sources
• Presentation of data, reports, and recommendations for the marketing team
• Support in operational daily business and cross-sectional marketing projects

Qualifikation

We are looking forward to you bringing:

• Ongoing studies in the field of marketing, communication, media, e-commerce, or a comparable program - ideally in the master's program
• Best possible first-hand practical experience in marketing, online marketing, social media, e-commerce, or content-related fields
• Techical basic understanding and interest in digital marketing channels
• Safe handling of common MS Office applications
• Very good German language skills and good English language skills in writing and speaking
• Good text comprehension, a creative approach, and enthusiasm for content creation
• Structured, reliable, and self-reliant work style
• Communication and team skills, as well as motivation to bring in own ideas

We are also looking forward to:

• First experiences in B2C marketing, influencer marketing, or performance marketing
• Basic knowledge of web analysis tools, newsletter tools, or graphic/video editing programs
• Interest in e-commerce, social media, and digital trends
• Basic knowledge of website content management; knowledge of shop systems, CMS systems, HTML/CSS, or SEO is an advantage
• Pasison for New Year's Eve, events, and exceptional products
