Our areas of operation:

Tübingen – Urban traffic

Tuttlingen – Urban traffic, Südlos, and On-Demand transport ("Hey! Move")

Radolfzell and Singen – Urban traffic

Konstanz district – Regional transport

Tasks

You manage and organize the automotive workshop for scheduled buses
You carry out and coordinate repairs, maintenance, and safety inspections
You lead the workshop personnel and coordinate with the driving service and administration
You monitor occupational safety and compliance with quality standards
You are the point of contact for external workshop partners and inspection organizations

Profile

You have completed vocational training in the automotive trade, ideally with further training as a master craftsman (m/f/d).
You have extensive professional experience in the maintenance of commercial vehicles, preferably buses.
You have initial experience in leading a team and gladly take on responsibility.
Your work approach is structured, and you maintain an overview even with complex repairs.
You speak good German to coordinate effectively with the team and partners.

We offer

An hourly wage of 19.00 Euros to 23.50 Euros (depending on qualifications)
