Workshop Manager Commercial Vehicles - Bus / Automotive Technology (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You manage and organize the automotive workshop for scheduled buses
• You carry out and coordinate repairs, maintenance, and safety inspections
• You lead the workshop personnel and coordinate with the driving service and administration
• You monitor occupational safety and compliance with quality standards
• You are the point of contact for external workshop partners and inspection organizations

Profile

• You have completed vocational training in the automotive trade, ideally with further training as a master craftsman (m/f/d).
• You have extensive professional experience in the maintenance of commercial vehicles, preferably buses.
• You have initial experience in leading a team and gladly take on responsibility.
• Your work approach is structured, and you maintain an overview even with complex repairs.
• You speak good German to coordinate effectively with the team and partners.
