Your Tasks

After individual onboarding at the location, at the headquarters, or in one of our training centers, you will be our main point of contact for the workshop team:

• You independently coordinate the workshop's workflows
• You lead your own team of experts & together you achieve good work results
• As a "hands-on enthusiast," you will support with challenging repairs
• You will carry out and document customer-specific vehicle checks using digital workshop orders
• You will also contribute your expertise to work on hybrid and high-voltage vehicles
• With your deep practical knowledge, you will further develop the competencies of your team

• You are already or will soon be completing your qualification as a Master Automotive Technician (m/f/d)
• You impress with very good technical knowledge in the automotive sector as well as experience in handling modern testing technology and common IT applications
• Management experience would be desirable
• Driver's license Class B
