Workshop Leader (m/w/d) for existing 1-man garage

Adecco Introduction Location of the garage is in Lutherbach, Solothurn. For an existing, privately run garage, we are looking for a motivated workshop leader (m/w/d) who will independently manage and develop the business. Although the workshop already exists, it currently has only a few customers. Therefore, we are looking for a personality that likes to take responsibility, works independently, and actively participates in building a stable customer base. Support from the owner is naturally available.
