The company specializes in the processing and marketing of green waste, old wood, and biomass fuels for energy generation in biomass power plants. The company is one of the largest processors of green waste in North Rhine-Westphalia and stands for sustainable, efficient, and reliable services around regenerative energies.

We are looking for a workshop leader master/technician (m/w/d) in the field of land and construction machinery mechanics, etc., to join our company-owned workshop as soon as possible.

Tasks

• Total responsibility for workshop operations: coordination and prioritization of pending inspections, maintenance, and repairs
• Technical support for the team
• Quality control and documentation of the work performed
• Demand determination and ordering of required wear and tear parts
• Carrying out settlements

Qualification

• Completed technical training (KFZ/NFZ, land machinery mechanics) or comparable training
• Further education to master/technician level
• A valid driving license class B
• You are focused, structured, and meticulous in complex tasks
• You have a sense of responsibility, enthusiasm, and motivation
• You have high engagement and quality awareness
