Job description
Wittmann Entsorgungswirtschaft GmbH is an innovative and medium-sized waste management company that specializes in sustainable solutions in the field of waste disposal and circular economy. To support our continuous growth, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated personality to support our workshop as a Workshop Manager / Master (m/f/d).
Responsibilities
- Technical support and disciplinary leadership of the workshop team
- Planning, control, optimization, and monitoring of workshop processes
- Ensuring diagnoses, maintenance, and repair orders in the workshop
- Order processing and documentation of repair processes
- Coordination of safety inspections and main inspections
- Responsibility for quality, safety, and efficient processes
- Active operational involvement in complex issues and high workloads
Profile
- Successfully completed master craftsman training in the automotive sector, ideally with a focus on commercial vehicles
- Several years of professional experience desirable, preferably already as a master craftsman, in the commercial vehicle sector
- Ideally, initial experience in a leadership role, e.g., as a deputy workshop manager
- (Initial) knowledge in the areas of hydraulics, electrics, and special bodywork
- Sound technical knowledge in diagnostics technology (including corresponding tools) and in statutory inspections
- Organizational talent, decision-making competence, as well as a self-directed and hands-on working style
- High commitment as well as the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Driver's license class B / CE advantageous
