Workshop Leader Land Technology (m/w/d) | 55,000–60,000 €

Tasks

• You lead and develop the workshop team professionally and organizationally.
• You plan personnel deployment as well as workshop capacities and coordinate incoming orders.
• You are a contact person for customers and ensure professional order processing.
• You take over administrative tasks in the workshop office, such as order management and documentation.
• You support your team with technical questions and ensure high-quality workshop services.

Qualification

• You have a completed training as a land and construction machinery mechanic, Kfz-mechatroniker, nutzfahrzeugmechatroniker or a comparable technical training.
• A master's title is desirable but not a requirement.
• As an experienced land and construction machinery mechanic with leadership ambitions, you are explicitly welcome.
• You possess organizational talent, communication strength, and take over responsibility gladly.
• You hold a class B driver's license.
