Workshop management and leadership of land-, communal machines and garden equipment ? Coordination and planning of workshop activities ? Active practical participation in diagnosis, maintenance, and repair work on land-, communal machines and garden equipment ? Responsible for technical customer service ? Co-responsible for the training of our young, motivated apprentices ? Delivery and introduction of new machines ? Consultation and sales of new and used equipment ? Handling of warranty cases Profile ? Completed vocational training as a land-, building or motor vehicle mechanic, further education as a diagnostic technician is advantageous ? Independent, responsible and solution-oriented working style ? High performance readiness and flexibility ? Excellent interpersonal skills and pleasure in customer contact ? Teamwork ability ?
