Workshop Leader / Vehicle Master (m/w/d)

We are looking for an experienced leadership figure for the maintenance, diagnosis, and repair department of a well-established workshop and service company in the Hamburg metropolitan area.

The customer operates a modern, professionally organized workshop environment and values clear processes, good tools, and a team that supports each other.

Tasks

• Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung eines Werkstatt-Teams
• Steuerung von Diagnose-, Reparatur- und Wartungsaufträgen
• Qualitätssicherung und wirtschaftliche Einsatzplanung
• Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Werkstattablaufs
• Unterstützung bei Personalentwicklung & Weiterbildung
• Enge Abstimmung mit internen Schnittstellen (Flotte / Dispo / Service)
• Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Standards und Arbeitssicherheit

Qualification

• Weiterbildung zum Kfz-Meister (m/w/d) or comparable
• Erfahrung als Werkstattleiter, Serviceleiter or Teamverantwortlicher
• Technical expertise in the Pkw- or Nutzfahrzeugbereich
• Führungskompetenz, Entscheidungsfreude and clear communication
• Structured, self-reliant work style with quality standards
• Pleasure in teams, solutions, and visible results
