Workshop Manager | Automotive Master (m/f/d)

For an established workshop and service company in the greater Hamburg area, we are seeking, on behalf of our client, an experienced manager for the areas of maintenance, diagnostics, and repair.

The client operates a modern, professionally organized workshop environment and values clear processes, good tools, and a team that strengthens each other.

Responsibilities

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of a workshop team
• Management of diagnostics, repair, and maintenance orders
• Quality assurance and economic scheduling
• Ensuring smooth workshop operations
• Support in personnel development & further training
• Close coordination with internal interfaces (fleet / dispatch / service)
• Further development of processes, standards, and occupational safety

Qualifications

• Further training as an Automotive Master (m/f/d) or equivalent
• Experience as a Workshop Manager, Service Manager, or Team Leader
• Technical expertise in the passenger car or commercial vehicle sector
• Leadership skills, decisiveness, and clear communication
• Structured, independent way of working with a demand for quality
• Enjoy working with teams, finding solutions, and achieving visible results
