Caspari Consulting GmbH is a consulting firm specializing in strategic consulting for innovative learning, communication, and digitalization within the framework of IT rollouts. We ensure that all employees and customers have access to the right information at the right time at any location. To this end, we create training concepts, e-learning modules, technical documentation, and work instructions or build entire corporate academies. Our goal: We explain innovations simply!

Tasks

• Planning, creation, and publication of Social-Media-Content (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
• Creating photos and videos (equipment is available)
• Writing and preparing texts for posts, campaigns, and newsletters
• Supporting content planning and editorial work
• Simple evaluation of reach and engagement. Supporting further marketing and communication tasks

Qualification

• Enrolled student (e.g., Marketing, Communication, Media, Business Administration or comparable)
• A strong interest in Content creation and Social Media
• Excellent written communication skills
• Structured, self-reliant, and reliable work style
• Familiarity with common social media platforms as well as image, sound, and video recordings
• Mastery of Canva and/or Adobe Suite (both in Pro version available)
• Fluent German and English skills in writing and speaking
