Hi, we are Future SI, a Marketing & Communications Consulting Firm with the focus on Social Media, digital communication and content strategy.

Our goal is to create genuine added value for our customer projects by connecting Social-First approaches, strategic communication, and data-driven content.

We support companies and organizations in building digital visibility, developing relevant content, and reaching communities sustainably.

Currently, we can offer a contribution to exciting customer projects in the following areas: Sport, Finance, Lifestyle, Automotive & Coffee**

To grow further, we are looking for motivated talents, who want to take on responsibility in real customer projects and implement new ideas together with us.

Aufgaben

As a Werksstudent:in, you will support our team in the conception, implementation, and analysis of social media strategies for our customer projects.

You will work on real projects with us and gain insights into digital communication, content strategy, and social-first marketing.

Social Media Management

Support in planning and implementing social media strategies

• Participation in managing TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms
• Support in editorial planning and content organization

Content & Kommunikation

Contribution to the creation of social media content (text, image, video)

• Research on current trends in social media, marketing, and creator economy
• Support in developing storytelling and content formats

Projektmanagement

Support in coordinating customer projects

• Presentation preparation and strategy documents
• Organization of project workflows and timelines
• Dokumentation and maintenance of project tools

Research & Analyse

Analysis of social media performance and KPIs

• Market and competition analysis
• Influencer and creator research

Qualifikation

Studies in the field of Marketing, Communication, Media, Economy or similar

• Interest in Social Media, digital communication, and marketing
• Structured and self-directed work style
• Hands-on mentality and initiative

Ideal candidate has also:

Experience with Social Media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok)

• Knowledge in Content Creation Tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe)
• First experience with Project Management Tools (Notion, etc.)
• Analytical understanding of Social Media KPIs and performance
